Sales & Business Development Executive
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities Generate new orders and expand customer base.
Follow up on quotations and ensure timely order closure.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Visit customers for business development and meetings.
Submit regular reports on customer visits, enquiries & order status.
Requirements Experience in Sales & Marketing , preferably in the Fittings / Steel Flanges industry .
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel for customer visits when required.
Work Arrangement Base office: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Travel required for customer visits
On non-visit days, candidate must be present at company office
Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: Based on experience
Reimbursements: Travel, phone & out-of-pocket expenses (against submission of bills)
Incentives: For every confirmed order from new customers
% of basic order value (excluding taxes)
Paid quarterly after full payment by customer
