Job Title: Sales&Marketing Executive for Educational Council

**Job Description**:
As a Sales&Marketing Executive for our Educational Council, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and formulating strategic initiatives that enhance our impact and presence in the education landscape. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our partnerships, and promote our educational offerings.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for the Educational Council's growth and expansion.
2. Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with the executive team to create effective business development strategies, including identifying target markets, defining value propositions, and setting realistic goals.
3. Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, educational organizations,training centers,institutes and other stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and foster collaboration.
4. Product and Service Expansion: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to analyze existing offerings, identify gaps, and propose new educational solutions that align with market demands and customer needs.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners, showcasing the unique value of our Educational Council's services and products.
6. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively contribute to the sales process by supporting the sales team with data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative strategies to secure new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
7. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and the successful implementation of new initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, market research, or a related role within the education industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present ideas, negotiate, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the education sector is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 per month
