Job Description We are looking to hire a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 5 to 6 years of experience for our dynamic work team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The applicant should have a strong portfolio of UI designs in fintech or brokerage. You will create experiences that are easy to use, visually appealing, and drive user engagement and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities for UI/UX Designer - Act in partnership with product managers, developers, and other parties involved to know what the users require and the business objectives. - Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups with the help of tools such as Figma. - Moving complicated concepts to simple, easy to understand user interfaces. - Carry out user research and usability testing to revise and refine designs. - Upkeep and advance the system requirements of the design and UI. - Make sure that there is consistency in the visual aspects and experiences of users across platforms. - Stay updated with current trends in the industry and new tools and technologies in the field of UI/UX design. What We're Looking For Role: UI/UX Designer Product Industry Type: Software Product / IT Services Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Experience: 56 years Education: UG: Bachelor's in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field PG: Master's in Design, HCI, or related field Preferred Skills Required for UI/UX Designer - Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and collaboration features. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other visual design tools. - Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices. - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interactive prototyping. - Knowledge of mobile and web design standards and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
