Job description

Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Location: [AMD]

Experience Level: [Junior/Mid]

Key Responsibilities:

- User Experience Research & Design: Conduct user research, create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to enhance usability and user engagement.
- Front-End Development: Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and interactive front-end code.
- Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure consistency and performance across different devices, including smartphones, tablets, desktops, and embedded systems in consumer electronics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction and experience.
- Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs based on testing outcomes to improve user experience.
- Documentation & Guidelines: Create and maintain design system documentation, UI style guides, and reusable components.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends, emerging UI/UX design tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or a related field.
- UI/UX Design: Strong experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Mobile Development: Knowledge of mobile-first design principles, responsive design, and familiarity with iOS & Android design guidelines.
- Consumer Electronics UI Design: Experience working on UI/UX for smart TVs, wearables, IoT devices, or other consumer electronic interfaces is a plus.
- Usability & Accessibility: Strong understanding of usability principles, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and heuristic evaluation methods.
- Version Control & Collaboration Tools: Experience using Git, Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration tools.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: Strong analytical skills and a user-centered design approach to solve complex UI/UX challenges.

Preferred Skills & Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or GSAP.
- Familiarity with WebAssembly, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), or Web Components.
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or APIs to improve developer collaboration.
- Experience with augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) interfaces.
- Exposure to AI-driven UX personalization and voice user interfaces (VUI).

Experience: 1-5 years

Pay: ₹10,908.14 - ₹42,897.84 per month
