We are looking for a **UI/UX and graphic designer** to join our 50+ strong software development organization located in **Kolkata**. The right person will be a motivated individual who is willing to be flexible, manage & coordinate project works with full ownership, and be able to coordinate with our clients/partners based internationally. The person needs to demonstrate good coordination skills and analytical ability.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in English
- Portfolio of design projects
- Must have Industry-specific UX designer skillsets like User research, UX writing, User testing, Visual communication, and UI
- Knowledge of Wireframe and Prototyping tools, VFX, and Motion Graphics
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Curiosity and continuous learning
- Good time-management skills

**Responsibilities**:
2. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers

3. Do user research, competitive analysis, and design wireframes

4. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

5. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

6. Build page navigation buttons and search fields

7. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

8. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

9. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

10. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

11. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

12. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
