**Role Overview**

We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer**to join our team and help shape the user experience of our platform. This role will have a strong focus on **user research**,

**wireframing, prototyping, and implementing modern UI designs**that enhance usability and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **user research**to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like **Figma or Sketch**.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate

insights into actionable design improvements.
- Design intuitive and modern UI components that enhance the overall user experience.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and usability across the product.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices for B2B SaaS products. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a **B2B SaaS environment**.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Sketch**, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles**and modern UI patterns. Ability to conduct **user research**and translate findings into design solutions.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks**is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
