Skills - Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and chat. - Ability to provide knowledgeable answers regarding products, pricing, and availability. - Strong collaborative spirit to work with internal departments. - Proficiency in data entry across various platforms. Qualifications - Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
