Overview of the Role: The Sales Manager will take a consultive approach, listening to the client’s needs and requirements to ensure the best solution is found for the client. We will be looking to build a long-term partnerships with our clients where we can support their global needs. The ideal candidate will be a great listener with the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with internal colleagues to create bespoke solutions where required. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales presentations. They will develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients in the EOR, Entity Solutions, and Global & India Payroll sectors. - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs. - Present customized solutions for EOR, entity setup, and payroll. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Lead product demos and presentations to showcase solution benefits. - Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to align on client needs. - Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback on product improvements. - Track and document sales activities in the CRM system Desired characteristics (Attributes & Skills): - Proven ability to identify and drive sales opportunities. - Ability to create and execute sales strategies. - Excellent communication skills. - Team collaboration. - Market and competitor knowledge. - Strong negotiation abilities. - Effective problem-solving. Qualifications required: - 3 – 5 Years of experience in Sales.
