Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Workday implementation / operations in modules core HCM , Compensation, Talent, Recruiting domain knowledge.
- Expertise in handling data conversion using EIB, worksheets, org chart.
- Capable of independently debugging and developing solutions regarding data upload , corrections.
- Experience in handling complex organizations & transactional data loads.

Technical Skills:

o Familiarity with Workday data structures and reporting tools.

o Proficient in data analysis tools and troubleshooting techniques.

o Knowledge data manipulation, visualization tools is a plus.

o Macro , Python , SQL knowledge is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
