JOB SUMMARY Effectively manage the day to day Export and Import - BIO Bottled in Origin CAB Concentrate of Alcoholic Beverages Logistics and warehousing operations The operations efforts would include Order Management Implementing PRIME Pernod Ricard Integrated Manufacturing Excellence CMP Common Minimum Program at warehouse Custom Bonded Warehouse CBW Operations CHA Customs House Agent management customs engagement and transportation management Drive Initiatives on Efficiency automation and digitization Drive KPI delivery for the function KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure timely Customer Service - Order Cycle Management for all IBD export and BIO operations Ensure all Custom Bonded Warehouse and compliant to PRI SOP regulatory requirements Implement PRIME CMP at all CBW Work on improving CHA performance and ensure timely custom clearance of CAB BIO export shipment Monitor Warehouse KPIs and identify areas of improvement Work on regular monitoring on stock count adherence Identify and Work on Non-value added activities to streamline material flow with in DG Dry Goods FG Finished Goods through Value Stream Mapping and re-work on WH Warehouse Layout Identify and implement cost saving opportunities around MHE material handing equipment WH Space Loading throughput CAPEX capital expenditure Transportation and other areas Drive digitization for the EXIM Operations and enhance implement digital tools Periodic review of CHA CBW Customs Bonded Warehouse Operator Transporter performance define track KPI and work on improvement KEY DELIVERABLES KPI PRIME CMP delivery as per agreed timelines Cost Service Safety Efficiency - KPI Monitoring Delivery BIO EXPORT CAB as per agreed targets Zero Incident accident across operations units INTERACTIONS INTERNALLY Developing and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally with all supply chain stakeholders Interacting and coordinating with the Brand companies Sales Marketing and execution team on regular basis EXTERNALLY Engaging with Regulatory authorities as and when required Managing the relationships between many different vendors CFA Carrying and Forwarding Agent CHA Transporter and information technology systems PROFILE DETAILS QUALIFICATION A professional degree MBA - Operations Engineer from Tier 1 institute and 10 relevant professional experience EXPERIENCE 12-15 years of total experience in FMCG Pharmacy or beverage enterprise of repute in EXIM Experience in S OP planning tool international experience and process excellence will be an added advantage FUNCTIONAL SKILLS Warehousing- technical know-how Project Management Team Management Soft Skills to handle cross functional teams Knowledge on latest industry trends on innovation and automation Job Posting End Date 2025-09-29 Target Hire Date 2025-12-31 Target End Date
