Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute field marketing campaigns at IT parks, exhibitions (e.g., Chennai Trade Centre), trade shows, corporate events, movie theatres, and public gatherings. * Perform outbound tele-calling to generate leads, explain portal services, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into closed deals. - Identify and explore new marketing channels and events to increase platform awareness and user growth. * Represent the company at exhibitions and events, interact with potential clients, and promote portal features effectively. * Maintain a structured lead database, track daily tele-calling/marketing activities, and update CRM records accurately. * Achieve the **targeted number of monthly deal closures** for flat rentals or sales as per business objectives. * Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion. Requirements * Fluency in **Tamil** and basic English communication. * Strong interest in **sales, tele calling, field marketing**, and customer interaction. * Willingness to travel locally for marketing activities and events. * Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable with both office and field roles.
