**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues professionally
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to ensure conversion
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
- Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel to achieve conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in tele calling and sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in handling objections and rejections professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is required.
