**Job Position -** Tele Caller

**Location -** Koyambedu, Chennai

**Key Responsibilities of Sales Tele Callers**
- On time reaching out of digital marketing leads, leads sent through WhatsApp & CRM
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Be customer-centric
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data in reaching out the customer easily
- Asking few basic questions to the customer to understand their requirements
- Explaining about the current training programs and the offers / discounts
- Taking and passing the leads to the respective technical team
- Maintaining the database of each and every enquiry / lead

**Key Competencies of Tele caller**
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar.
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional oral communication skills.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.

**Basic Educational Qualifications / Others**

Any graduate or non-graduate with a keen sense to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000. per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Tele calling: 1 year (preferred)
