Job Title: Product Executive

Location: Pan India (One Executive for every 5 Medical Colleges)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Executive (Sales) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our medical products/services to medical colleges across India. The successful candidate will manage a cluster of 5 medical colleges and work closely with academic and administrative personnel to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Promotion:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products/services within assigned medical colleges.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, administrators, and decision-makers in medical colleges.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and provide detailed explanations and demonstrations to college stakeholders.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the companys market share in the education sector.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential colleges and market opportunities for product placement and expansion.
- Feedback Collection:
- Collect and provide regular feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings.
- Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to the management.
- Training & Support:
- Provide necessary product training and support to key stakeholders in the colleges to ensure proper usage and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Education:

Bpharma / MBA / Graduate with 2 years experience in Pharma marketing

- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Pharma Marketing. Experience in handling medical colleges or educational institutions is a plus.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-Motivated:
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
- Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions and colleges.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software.

- High energy and passion for sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
