DESCRIPTIONThe vision of the India Consumer Engagement team is to provide customers the most loved destination for their shopping payments entertainment and other online consumption needs One these destinations is Games owned by the GameX team - one of our most successful India-first initiatives Our vision with Gamified Experiences is to craft immersive entertaining rewarding experiences to drive sustained repeat engagement across Amazon markets and accelerate customers lifecycle progression The GameX program is part of the IES shopping org contributing to the lifecycle progression charter - the larger vision of the org is to drive efficient step-function acceleration in customer engagement on Amazon in by acquiring customers and influencing them to progressively trust us more with their purchases The IN GameX team is seeking a creative analytical and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to build develop execute and scale Gamified Experiences for customers in IN You ll be building scaling broad-scale marketing campaigns leveraging gamification GameX suite of products partnering closely with the Product tech teams as well as centrally working with events marketing teams across categories programs in IN In this role you ll be leading a team of merchandisers designers and owning the end-to-end on-site experience for our suite of Gamification products FunZone - Amazon India s central destination for games The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience should be a self-starter with a passion for independent creative problem-solving demonstrate great content creation chops to deliver engaging on-site CXs and not be afraid to experiment learn and iterate their approaches The successful candidate will be customer obsessed skilled at data analysis adept at relationship-building and an effective project manager Key job responsibilities - Own all key traffic drivers for the program and work as the program s advocate with central traffic teams Possess a deep understanding of all traffic-driving mechanisms Homepage Search Outbound Affiliates SEO etc and actively engaging in optimization of those channels for the business Own creation of marketing programs and multiple key traffic drivers to acquire new customers retain monthly active users - Develop and execute 360-degree marketing programs leveraging gamification to drive integrations with key high-velocity events category stores and topical events Own end-to-end planning execution of the marketing calendar for GameX events - Work closely with Product and Tech teams to build and test new product offerings Contribute in shaping the CX GTM strategy for new product launches and drive adoption with key stakeholders - Serve as the central SME for Gamification in IN advising category program marketing teams to leverage Gamified experience to drive business goals Build drive adoption for GameX products enabling partners to leverage these offering while holding a high-bar on CX - Drive the GameX experiments charter conducting regular A B tests across cohorts to drive continuous improvement across marketing and product initiatives and extract scalable learnings - Own developing scaling monetization offering leveraging Gamification Partner with central Category Advertising teams to drive co-op ad revenues for the platform - Lead a team of merchandising design contractors Setup scalable processes mechanisms for execution to effectively manage resources marketing operation across campaigns BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels - Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams balancing quality and speed - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Great design copywriting sensibilities and eye for aesthetics - Experience with internal tools such as Content Symphony Bullseye Arborist String Translator Browse Browser etc - Experience running Weblab experiments extracting learnings and scaling impact - Experience of planning and merchandising Amazon sale events including Prime Day Jupiter Monthly Deal Events etc - Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders such as creative agencies brand partners and other third-party vendors
