Job Category KMBL Degree Level Bachelor s Degree We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to lead sales and customer engagement in the Small Commercial Vehicle SCV segment The role focuses on deposit mobilization cross-selling financial products and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise leadership qualities and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth Responsibilities Portfolio Management Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle SCV customers ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery Loan Handling Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans both new and used from customer onboarding to loan disbursement Loan Processing Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing ensuring smooth documentation verification and timely approvals Collections Follow-Up Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies Market Development Explore and develop new market areas gathering relevant market intelligence to support business growth and strategy Sales Generation Proactively identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base Relationship Building Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement
