Job Title Performance Marketing ExecutiveLocation GurgaonJob Summary We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition engagement and revenue growth Key Responsibilities Campaign Management - Design implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads Facebook Ads Instagram LinkedIn and more - Monitor analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve key performance indicators KPIs and maximize ROI Data Analysis - Utilize analytics tools Google Analytics SEMrush etc to track and report on campaign performance user behavior and conversion metrics - Conduct A B testing on ad creatives landing pages and targeting strategies to improve performance Budget Management - Manage budgets for paid campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns - Provide regular reports on budget performance against targets Collaboration - Work closely with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with the target audience - Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth - Conduct audience segmentation and targeting research to refine marketing strategies Reporting - Prepare comprehensive performance reports and present findings to stakeholders - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field - Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing 2 years preferred - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics etc - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement - A collaborative and innovative work environment ref updazz com
