What you'll do: 💎 Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goals 👥 Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service standards 🏆 Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and team performance 💰 Manage billing, POS systems, stock levels, and cash handling activities 🎯 Execute branch-level marketing campaigns and festive promotions 📦 Oversee inventory management and coordinate with Head Office for replenishment 📊 Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports 🤝 Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain brand loyalty Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational procedures What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree (Business or Retail Management preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail or a related industry Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills Proficiency in ERP/POS systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities A hands-on leader with an eye for detail and process efficiency 📍 Location: Madurai 💼 Experience: 5+ years
