What you’ll do: Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goals Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service standards Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations and team performance Manage billing, POS systems, stock levels, and cash handling activities Execute branch-level marketing campaigns and festive promotions Oversee inventory management and coordinate with Head Office for replenishment Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
