Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Chinthamani Madurai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, ensure high standards of customer service, maintain inventory, and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include staff management, developing business strategies, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for addressing customer concerns and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective business strategies
  • Proficiency in financial management and sales performance tracking
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the food or retail industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with regional market trends is preferred
