With three established branches in Madurai and expansion plans underway, we strive to bring the finest jewellery to our valued customers.What you’ll do:Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales and revenue goalsLead, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service standardsEnsure smooth day-to-day branch operations and team performanceManage billing, POS systems, stock levels, and cash handling activitiesExecute branch-level marketing campaigns and festive promotionsOversee inventory management and coordinate with Head Office for replenishmentPrepare daily and weekly sales performance reportsResolve customer issues promptly and maintain brand loyalty✅ Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational proceduresWhat we’re looking for:✔️ Bachelor’s degree (Business or Retail Management preferred)✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery retail or a related industry✔️ Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills✔️ Proficiency in ERP/POS systems✔️ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities✔️ A hands-on leader with an eye for detail and process efficiencyLocation: MaduraiExperience: 5+ years
