Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager – Sales (Field) to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting products/services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in field sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients through field visits, market research, and cold calling. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Visit customer sites regularly to pitch products/services and understand client requirements. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories. - Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations. - Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive. - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer acquisition. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field. - Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Attributes: · Strong presentation skills and ability to close high-value deals. · Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
