Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - HORECA at Naagin, based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sector. Key day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, crafting proposals, and conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieving the company's sales targets. Qualifications - Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management - Knowledge of the HORECA industry and market trends - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to conduct market research and analyze data - Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and presentations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Industry - Food and Beverage Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time
