Company DescriptionMetro Global Solution Center MGSC is internal solution partner for METRO a xe2x82xac29 8 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 31 countries through 661 stores a team of 93 000 people globally Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution FSD business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries MGSC location wise is present in Pune India Dxc3xbcsseldorf Germany and Szczecin Poland We provide IT Business operations support to 31 countries speak 24 languages and process over 18 000 transactions a day We are setting tomorrows standards for customer focus digital solutions and sustainable business models For over 10 years we have been providing services and solutions from our two locations in Pune and Szczecin This has allowed us to gain extensive experience in how we can best serve our internal customers with high quality and passion We believe that we can add value drive efficiency and satisfy our customers Website Company Size 600-650Headquarters Pune Maharashtra IndiaType Privately HeldInception 2011Role as a team leader in Master Data is of a Front-line manager managing MDM executives in day to day service delivery of the respective country ies in Customer Vendor Article Master Data and controlling function Acts as a conjunct point in cascading information from both ends between the Assistant Manager and the executives Leave management Work Monitoring Training plan Approving the process improvement ideas Testings for any process changes Key responsibilities accountabilities This position will support operations by monitoring and analyzing master data key data and master relationship data within the organization Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality Should have knowledge of MDG MDW and SAP is must Monitoring team performance with respect to TAT Productivity Quality Monitoring the ageing buckets ICF control checks Driving Employee engagement within the team Driving Improving projects by self ideations with team Conducting team meetings on regular basis to discuss the process health with the team Conducting performance review with the team on monthly basis Preparation of Qtrly Incentives for team Conduct and review annual appraisals of the team members Sharing feedback with the team on a regular basis Leave Management for self and team Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations like IT Ops Infra Drive Conduct as per feasibility UAT testings for any process changes be that by Automation Process Improvements like EDI SIS Workflow implementations Close Liaison with Process Owner and Process Experts on a regular basis to do Process Analysis Interacting with customers on Process Quality and Updates for the process topics or for addressing any challenges Participate Assist in analysis for Monthly Governance ppt and meetings QualificationsManagerial Requirements Time Management People Management with respect to feedback and handholding Empathy towards Process and People Discipline towards Monitoring of Process Health Proactive in both escalations and appreciation Eye for detail Required functional skills Thorough Knowledge of SAP PP MM module Experience working with industry standards regulations and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems Proven experience in supervising a team within Master Data processes in a complex and international business environment ideally wholesale or retail industry Work closely with the business IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements Knowledge of ICF controls Expertise in using MS Office tools Communication and presentation skills Knowledge of Quality Tools like Problem Solving techniques Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained Additional Information Should have Basic knowledge in accounting Should be a fresher with no work experience Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office Outlook and browsing skills
