Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Mathura. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training insurance advisors, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role includes maintaining relationships with clients, managing a team of advisors, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Agency Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to optimize sales efforts.

- Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
