The company has pioneered several initiatives such as the Free Look Period and Unit Linked Life Insurance plans. ABSLI offers a comprehensive range of insurance products including term plans, life stage products, health plans, and retirement plans. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, located in Ranchi. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales targets, providing training and support to the advisors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include monitoring performance, conducting meetings, and developing strategies to increase sales and market presence. Qualifications - Experience in recruitment, team management, and sales - Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and products - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide training and support to advisors - Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or related fields are beneficial
