Job Description Job Nature Deployment: Indian Bank Branch-based role Client Interaction: Regular field visits with 2 to 3 client meetings per day Branch Responsibilities - Bank lobby management - Leads provided by the branch to connect with clients Job Details Indian Bank-Branch Banking- Branch Relationship Officer Responsibilities - Candidate will be ON ROLE of Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance. - Will be mapped to the respective Indian Bank Branches based on the geography assigned. - Prime Responsibility is to generate insurance Business throughIndian Bank Branch walk-in customers and leads generated by the Branch staff. - Required to generate business only for the assigned branch in the assigned geography through New or Old customers. - Providing support to branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance product through different acquisition channels in the catchment area. - Will be responsible for achieving monthly sales target assigned.Responsible for customer complaints need to be resolved in the specific TAT Ensure quality customer service is delivered. Key Expectations - To Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and products ranges. - Must have good knowledge with insurance and Bank Products. Specifications - Should be willing to travel within city/outside Location if required. - Localities preferred. - Two-wheeler is must. - Should know the geography well.
