Leading and Motivating the Sales Team AGMs guide mentor and motivate their team to achieve individual and collective sales goals Performance Management They monitor team performance provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance Training and Development AGMs may develop and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Recruitment and Onboarding They may be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales team members Sales Strategy and Execution Developing and Implementing Sales Plans AGMs create and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company s overall business objectives Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities They identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region or market segment Market Analysis and Research AGMs stay updated on market trends competitive landscapes and customer preferences to inform sales strategies Sales Target Achievement They are responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the team is aligned with sales objectives Client Relationship Management Building and Maintaining Relationships AGMs build and maintain strong relationships with key clients developers and other stakeholders Understanding Client Needs They develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives to tailor sales approaches Ensuring Customer Satisfaction AGMs ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process Other Responsibilities Sales Process Management They manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals Collaboration with Other Departments AGMs collaborate with marketing product and other departments to ensure seamless operations Reporting and Analysis They prepare and present sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement Key Skills and Qualifications Proven Sales Leadership Strong experience in sales leadership and management particularly in real estate Sales Acumen Deep understanding of the sales process negotiation techniques and closing deals Client Relationship Management Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients Market Knowledge Strong understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
