Dear Job Seekers Greetings from ConverseHr We have hiring for Asst Warehouse Manager for a reputed organization located in Nellore Designation Asst Warehouse Manager Qualification Any Graduate Experience min 8years in warehouse Salary upto 9LPA Location Nellore Andhra Pradesh Notice Period Immedidate to 15days Please find the JD below Roles Responsibilities 1 Store Warehouse Operations Oversee daily operations including material receipt storage issuance and dispatch Ensure 100 inventory accuracy through regular stock audits cycle counts and reconciliations Implement effective material movement documentation and SOP adherence Optimize warehouse layout space utilization and ensure compliance with safety standards Manage and train store personnel for operational efficiency and policy compliance 2 Purchase Procurement Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials packaging materials consumables and spares Identify and develop vendors for cost-effective and quality-compliant procurement Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure service-level adherence Maintain accurate purchase records vendor documentation and procurement MIS reports Monitor material lead times and stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking 3 Finance Coordination Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing GRN entries and vendor payment follow- ups Support in budget tracking cost optimization and expense control at the site level Ensure timely submission of commercial documentation purchase orders and reconciliations Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports financial forecasts and operational analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls company policies and statutory norms 4 Administration Handling general Administration of the Site Qualifications Experience Bachelor s master s in finance Commerce or related discipline PG Diploma in Materials Management or Supply Chain preferred Minimum 8 years of experience in store warehouse procurement and site commercial functions Proficiency in SAP MM and Oracle ERP is essential Experience in Pharmaceutical Food Processing or FMCG industries highly preferred Strong analytical organizational and people management skills Solid understanding of inventory control purchase lifecycle finance processes and compliance requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 455 635 94 - 759 344 01 per year Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
