About this roleWe are seeking experienced professionals to join our Supply Chain Solutions team as Warehouse Management System (WMS) Configuration Specialists.The ideal candidate will possess strong techno-functional expertise in WMS configuration, implementation, and integration, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations.This position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient WMS solutions while providing production support, issue resolution, and process optimization.Configure, customize, and implement WMS modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery.Provide support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management.Work on integrations with third-party systems such as WCS and MHE.Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases.Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes.Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of WMS configuration and support activities.Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly.Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements.Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems.Qualification & CertificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.4–6 years of hands-on experience in Warehouse Management Systems.Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes.Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.About the CompanyA global digital transformation and product engineering company enabling businesses to thrive through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge technology solutions.We specialize in custom software development, enterprise solutions, cloud, AI/ML, UX, automation, and digital transformation services.Our collaborative culture, growth opportunities, and people-first approach make us one of the most trusted and rewarding workplaces.],
