Job Overview

Aegon Learning is seeking a passionate Junior Business Development Executive for our office in Kannur. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role entails developing and nurturing client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and supporting our mission to provide top-tier educational solutions. Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in business development or a related field, ideally within the educational or e-learning industry.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools to track and analyze data, improving client relations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives that align with company objectives and drive new client acquisition.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Good communication skill (Mandatory skill) to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Business Development (Mandatory skill) expertise to identify and leverage new opportunities efficiently.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, goal-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and explore new business opportunities to fuel company growth in the e-learning sector.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and incorporate findings into development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing Aegon's unique offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities through CRM and regular reporting.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to continuously enhance professional growth and company presence.
