The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience in negotiating major deals from the OEM market. They should be well-versed in leading and managing a Pan-India sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
A key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement effective channel management strategies, which includes establishing a Pan-India distribution network and attaining region-wise and product-wise sales targets.
This position also involves driving growth through Quarterly marketing initiatives, including digital and Regional/National Exhibitions, and delivering results by achieving sales targets as per the business plan.
