Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to develop their careers in sales and business development within the IT services industry , focusing on Game Development, Gamification, Simulation, AR/VR, and AI/ML solutions .
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients using platforms such as Sales Navigator, Upwork, Guru , and other lead generation tools.
Conduct targeted outreach campaigns via email, , and other channels to generate business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for additional services.
Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date using CRM tools like HubSpot .
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business prospects.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with senior team members to develop and refine business expansion strategies within the Game Development and AR/VR sectors .
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply).
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and freelancing platforms like Upwork and Guru is an advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , with a strong ability to engage potential clients.
A proactive, goal-driven mindset with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Interest in technology, gaming, and emerging IT solutions such as AI/ML and AR/VR.
