Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Service professional. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support and training, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering product solutions, conducting sales presentations, and managing service requests. The role also involves collaboration with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the mechanical sealing industry is a plus
