We're on a mission to revolutionize the space industry and we want you on board. ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐'๐น๐น ๐๐ผ ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด โข Record journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers โข Manage accounts payable/receivable, verify invoices, and process vendor payments โข Assist in month-end closing activities ๐ฆ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ธ & ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โข Reconcile bank statements monthly โข Perform inventory BRS and analyze stock valuation โข Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด & ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป โข Prepare financial reports (cash flows, trial balances, aging reports) โข Maintain organized records of financial documents โข Support audit and compliance documentation ๐ค ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐-๐ณ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ โข Coordinate with procurement, stores, and production teams for inventory data โข Communicate with vendors/banks to resolve payment issues โข Provide backup for payroll and tax filing processes ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ โข Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field โข 0โ2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation โข Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) โข Strong understanding of basic accounting principles ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ: โข Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) โข Familiarity with GST, TDS, and compliance basics โข Clear communication and a collaborative mindset ๐ช๐ต๐ ๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ป ๐จ๐?
