Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Develop a deep understanding of client&aposs business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Experience in selling services to Indian banking customers (BFSI), banking industry is mandatory
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- General technical knowledge with software solutions that leverage APIs, low code applications, UI/UX design and business process automation solutions.
