Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.

You will be responsible for maintaining internal controls, leading a high-performing team, and supporting key financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting functions, including:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the development of a team of accountants.
- Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
- Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in accounting management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
