We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who can help us bring these people on board someone who can communicate our vision, attract the right talent, and close critical senior and tech leadership positions with conviction and clarity. We're looking for someone who is: - A powerful communicator articulate, persuasive, and authentic in every conversation. - A vision seller able to tell the story of our mission and ventures with passion and depth. - Quick-witted and emotionally intelligent reads people, situations, and energy instantly. - Relentlessly persistent knows how to stay the course and get top talent to say yes. - Highly proactive and independent takes ownership without waiting for instructions. - Capable of acting as a strategic HRBP understanding both people and business needs. What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and key tech positions across ventures. - Build and manage a high-quality candidate pipeline in niche and leadership roles. - Represent the organization's purpose and leadership vision to the outside world. - Work closely with leadership to design and execute a seamless, high-touch hiring process. - Act as the talent face of the Gurugram tech vertical ensuring every hire reflects excellence.
