We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – North
Location: North India | Full-time | Department: GovtTech Channel Sales & Enterprise Sales

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (North) to lead our enterprise & government sales in the region and drive high-impact growth.
Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise, government, and channel accounts.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies including forecasting, territory planning, and key account development.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Smart Cities, Transportation, Manufacturing, Airports, and Retail .
Manage end-to-end sales cycles : lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Build strong relationships with System Integrators (SIs), channel partners, and OEMs .
Monitor and respond to RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes .
Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customer-aligned solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Requirements Bachelor’s degree ( MBA preferred ).
6–9 years of B2B / Enterprise sales experience in Tech, SaaS, AI, Surveillance, or Smart City domains.
Strong network across government, infrastructure, and enterprise clients in North India.
Proven experience with large accounts, tenders, and consultative sales .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of AI, Video Analytics, VMS, CCTV, or IoT products .
Experience in public sector projects / Smart City initiatives .
Ability to handle long sales cycles & high-value deals .
