Position: Dealer Success Manager
Company: CarDekho Group
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
*This is 100% Field sales Role*
Overview: The Dealer Success Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring high dealer satisfaction. This role supports the development and growth of the organization by focusing on sales numbers, operational efficiency, and dealer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. New Dealer Acquisitions: - Acquire new car and bike dealers in the assigned region.
2. Business Development: - Generate business from car/bike dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
3. Lead Management: - Follow up on leads forwarded to dealerships, including hot and lost leads, and confirm bookings and retails.
4. Test Drive Coordination: - Follow up on test drives scheduled for customers.
5. Revenue Collection: - Manage revenue collection from dealerships.
6. Dealer Issue Resolution: - Address and resolve any dealer-related issues.
7. Service Quality Checks: - Regularly check service parameters at dealers to ensure quality service delivery.
8. Relationship Building: - Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
9. Feedback and Improvement: - Collect feedback from dealers and implement improvement plans.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Accruals: Measure of sales generated.
2. Lead Limit: Number of leads managed effectively.
3. Cost Per Lead (CPL): Efficiency in acquiring leads.
4. Collections: Timely revenue collection from dealerships.
Required Competencies:
1. Automobile Sector Knowledge: Understanding of OEMs and the car/bike dealership business. - Example: Familiarity with the latest trends and models in the automotive industry.
2. Digital Marketing Exposure: Experience with online marketing strategies. - Example: Knowledge of using digital channels to promote dealership offers.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel: Ability to analyze data and create reports. - Example: Use Excel to track sales performance and generate insights.
Required Skills:
1. Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language. - Example: Effectively communicate with dealers and customers in their preferred language.
2. Willingness to Travel: Open to frequent travel for dealer visits and meetings. - Example: Travel to different dealerships within the region to maintain relationships and oversee operations.
