Job description Job Title: Marketing/Sales Architect | Interior Designer Dealer Connect Location : Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing/Sales Architect or Interior Designer Dealer Connect to drive business growth in the interior design industry. This role will involve establishing and maintaining relationships with dealers, architects, and interior designers to grow the business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills and be passionate about design and architecture, with a proven track record in sales and dealer network management. Key Responsibilities: Dealer and Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and key stakeholders in the design and architecture sectors. Sales Growth : Drive sales through direct dealer connections, B2B sales, and project-based engagements. Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings, market trends, and customer needs. Use this data to strategically target high-value dealers and customers. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations : Provide in-depth product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations to dealers and design professionals, ensuring they fully understand the offerings and benefits. Business Development: Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts. Develop a pipeline of potential projects and long-term dealer relationships. Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from design to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction. Negotiation and Contract Management : Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and project scopes with dealers and clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of dealer and client interactions, sales activity, and project milestones. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry. Strong understanding of interior design products, materials, and trends. Experience working with dealers and a network of architects or interior designers.
