Who We AreAt Kyndryl we design build manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day So why work at Kyndryl We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable inclusive world for our employees our customers and our communities The RoleThe GTM Content Data Analyst is a key player in driving the strategic direction of our content curation efforts This role is focused on transforming data into actionable insights that directly impact content performance user engagement and overall platform effectiveness within the Kyndryl Win Coach platform powered by Highspot The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis to optimize content management processes inform decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of our content strategy Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Conduct in-depth analysis of Kyndryl Win Coach platform data to monitor content usage performance and engagement metrics Develop and manage dynamic dashboards and reports providing real-time insights that support strategic decision-making Detect trends patterns and outliers in content performance data to drive informed content strategy and enhancements Insights Generation Produce actionable insights and strategic recommendations to elevate content curation and management practices Collaborate with the content curation team to identify gaps in the content library and highlight opportunities for new content development Offer data-driven insights on content personalization and targeting to boost user engagement and satisfaction Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with the Senior Content Curation Leader and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data requirements and insights needs Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences Collaborate with Kyndryl Win Coach platform administrators to ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency Process Improvement Continuously assess and enhance data collection analysis and reporting processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy Implement industry best practices in data analysis and visualization ensuring high-quality reliable insights Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and content management to bring innovative solutions to the team Your Future at Kyndryl Kyndryl has a global footprint which means that as a Delivery Management Lead at Kyndryl you will have opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with colleagues from around the world This role is dynamic and influential -
