Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and skilled 2-Wheeler Delivery Executive to handle forward clearances, reverse pickups, and COD remittances for our e-commerce logistics operations. This role involves delivering and picking up parcels efficiently within a 5 km radius, ensuring timely and accurate service to our customers. As a delivery person, you will play a critical role in maintaining service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. If you are punctual, have good driving skills, and are committed to long-term stability, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities1. Forward Clearance Pick up parcels from the designated hub and deliver them to customers within the assigned delivery zone. Ensure proper handling of products during transit and delivery. 2. Reverse Pickup Collect return parcels from customers and deliver them safely back to the hub or warehouse. Ensure accurate documentation and acknowledgment of reverse shipments. 3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Remittance Collect payments from customers for COD orders. Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and hand over remittances to the authorized personnel as per daily schedule. 4. Delivery Volume and Area Complete a minimum of 60 parcels per day. Operate strictly within a 5 km radius of the assigned delivery hub.Compensation and Benefits Flat Rate: ₹15 per parcel (E.g., 60 parcels/day × ₹15 = ₹900/day) Monthly Salary: Credited to a salary account. Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives and benefits after meeting delivery targets and demonstrating work consistency. Eligibility Criteria Required: Own 2-wheeler with valid driving license. Smartphone with internet access and ability to use delivery apps. Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Minimum delivery capacity: 60 parcels per day. Good navigation skills and understanding of local routes. Must be punctual, responsible, and stable in work.Documents Required for Verification: Aadhar Card PAN Card Driving License Vehicle RC Book Bank Passbook / Canceled Cheque (for salary deposit) Recent Passport-Size Photo Two contactable referral references Key Skills Good 2-wheeler driving skills. Ability to read basic delivery instructions in the local language or English. Time management and route optimization. Customer service and polite communication.
