Designation :- Senior AssistantBoth male & female candidates can applyShifts- Day and Night Shifts Job DescriptionOrders QR scanning, Picking, Packing.Salary PartGross Salary :- 18000/-Other Allowances:-PF, ESIC, Night shift allowance, Cab Facility, Attendance bonus, Leave Enhancement & One time food will be provided.Interview Timing:- 09am to 5pmKey Responsibilities 1. Order Processing & QR Scanning Scan QR codes or barcodes to retrieve product information for each order. Verify order details on the app/system before initiating the picking process. Ensure the right product SKU, batch, and quantity is selected for each order. 2. Picking of Items Locate products accurately from inventory racks/shelves using system-generated pick lists. Ensure correct product selection, expiry checks (if applicable), and damage-free condition. Update system or handheld device after each successful pick. 3. Packing & Labeling Neatly and securely pack picked items using proper materials. Affix labels, invoices, and shipping tags on each package as per the company’s standards. Ensure correct packaging for fragile, perishable, or high-value items. 4. Team Coordination & Oversight Act as the point of contact between pick-pack team members and the warehouse/store supervisor. Assist in assigning tasks to junior assistants or new joiners and ensure timelines are followed. Maintain discipline and order accuracy within the team. 5. Inventory Handling Report low stock, damaged items, or incorrect placements to the supervisor immediately. Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned inventory areas. Participate in regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock verifications. 6. Dispatch Support Handover packed orders to the dispatch or delivery team as per route plan. Cross-verify order numbers and recipient details before dispatch.
