The role requires proficiency in riding both geared and non-geared bikes, fluency in Tamil, and the ability to multitask effectively.Skills Required:Proficient in riding both geared and non-geared bikes.Age between 20 to 35 years.Fluency in Tamil.Strong multitasking abilities.High sense of responsibility.Duties and Responsibilities:Safely deliver equipment to specified locations.Pack tools according to guidelines and ensure they are secure for transport.Experience: No prior experience required.Education: Minimum qualification: 10th Pass/FailLanguages: Fluency in Tamil required.Key Responsibilities1. Delivery & Logistics Safely deliver equipment, packing tools, and office materials to designated locations. Ensure timely and secure deliveries while maintaining proper documentation. Handle loading and unloading of goods carefully to avoid damage. Maintain delivery records, collect acknowledgments, and submit them to the office. 2. Office Assistance Support day-to-day office tasks like document filing, data entry, and organizing inventory. Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing tools and equipment for delivery. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain stock levels of office supplies and report shortages when necessary. 3. Equipment Handling & Maintenance Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials during storage and transportation. Report any damage or malfunction of items immediately to the concerned department. Keep delivery vehicles and office storage areas clean and organized. 4. Communication & Coordination Coordinate effectively with office staff, vendors, and clients regarding deliveries. Communicate delays, issues, or special instructions clearly to the concerned team. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professional behavior during deliveries.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical & Driving Skills Must be able to ride both geared and non-geared two-wheelers confidently. Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules for efficient and safe deliveries. Basic understanding of packing tools and equipment handling. Soft Skills Fluent in Tamil (mandatory), basic understanding of English preferred. Good time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
