Job Description Location Delhi About the Fellowship The Gnothi Seauton Fellowship is not a typical internship. It's a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for professionals who want to work at the intersection of brand strategy, communications, and creativity. We are looking for fellows who can take on responsibilities that founders often do building, problem-solving, and driving projects end-to-end. This program is especially suited for: - Professionals on a career break or sabbatical - Mothers looking to return to work - Retired professionals wanting to stay engaged with meaningful work - Experienced professionals eager to pivot into brand-building and strategy What You'll Do As a GS Fellow, you will: - Work directly with the leadership team on high-priority projects - Contribute to brand strategy, media planning, and storytelling - Conduct research, develop insights, and build structured recommendations - Manage and deliver projects with a high degree of ownership - Collaborate across creative, strategy, and media functions - Learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Must-Haves - Prior professional experience (strategy, communications, consulting, media, marketing, or related fields) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinking and curiosity about culture & storytelling - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Ownership mindset focus on outcomes, not just tasks Nice-to-Haves - Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets - Prior exposure to brand strategy, startups, or consulting - Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation Why Join - Opportunity to be part of the first GS Fellowship cohort - Direct mentorship from GS leadership - A platform to reignite or pivot your career - Work on projects that matter, in an environment that values growth, creativity, and ownership How to apply Send your resume to [Confidential Information]
