Job requirements

The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship
is a full-time, in-office fellowship for final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time role.

What You'll Do

• Core Operations: Get trained on our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend ops that keep things running.
• Cross-Functional Learning: While you'll primarily work within one key function - Fulfilment, Guest Delight, Sales, or Customer Experience - you'll also have the chance to learn from and contribute to others, giving you a 360° view of how Atlys operates.
• Tooling & Automation: Use internal tools to track escalations, spot inefficiencies, and suggest automation to reduce manual work.
• Capstone Project: Solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team. Many past projects have been implemented.

By the end, you'll know how fast-growing startups actually scale - and leave with hands-on execution experience that's hard to beat.
