Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy schedules.. We&aposre bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way.

Today, we run 450 buses across Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi with and log 25,000 daily bookings. Over the next 2 years, we plan to scale to 1000 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across both the cities.

About the Role

Were looking for a sharp, execution-focused brand and content marketer to help bring our campaigns to life across multiple lines of business. This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role for someone who can think creatively, write persuasively, and execute consistently. You&aposll work across consumer and enterprise-facing products, and have a direct hand in shaping how the brand shows up every dayin product, communication, and campaigns.

What Youll Do
Campaign & Content Execution

- Own content calendars and campaign rollouts across email, app, WhatsApp, and performance channels.
- Write engaging, on-brand copy across formatsfrom quick push notifications to long-form blogs, emails, ad copies.
- Conceptualize and execute seasonal and brand campaigns (festivals, new launches, feature drops)
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, ops, product) to ensure timely and consistent execution.

Marketing for B2B & Enterprise

- Create sales enablement content like outbound flows, case studies, product decks, and LinkedIn content.
- Develop and execute B2B demand-gen campaigns across digital, email, and content marketing channels.

Support Across Business Verticals

- Support go-to-market content for new product/route launches across cities.
- Work on demand creation campaigns across rentals, luxury services, and daily commute segments.
- Plan and execute hyperlocal activations, influencer pilots, and experimental marketing initiatives.

Brand & Social

- Manage content for brand channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, blog, and video.
- Respond to and build on topical or cultural moments (X, Reddit, Quora, IG trends).
- Work with creative partners/agencies to scale brand interventions and storytelling formats.

Who You Are

- 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, brand communication, or campaign execution.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver on deadlines.
- Comfortable with both B2C and B2B marketing environments.
- Hands-on with performance marketing, CRM tools, or content deployment platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves figuring things out.
