About Bharat Bank
The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or Bharat markets.

To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches.

The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer.

The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring

AbouttheRole
First Level Supervisor & Business Leadership profile responsible for scaling up of the business in profitable, sustainable, and compliant manner delivering on Sales & Distribution, Channel Management, Product Penetration & Revenue Generation through Sales Team comprising of On-Roll and Off-Role Officers.

Responsible to build Sales rhythm and rigor for sourcing new proposals, onboarding customers, managing existing customers, scaling up resource productivity, closely working for branch activation and developing trade finance and forex portfolio. Manpower Recruitment, Retention, Training, Guidance & Capacity Development.

Primarily responsible to create Coverage Mindset among the team and become one-stop solution provider for the customer. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure hassle free end to end customer journey.

Requires strong grip over financial analysis and technicalities involved in legal technical of NA Collaterals.

Customer Retention & Deepening. Creating & Leveraging Customer Reference Network on mass scale.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with key stakeholders for achieving assigned responsibility.
Qualifications
Graduate from a recognized institute / University

Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience

Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:

Strong grip over Credit Risk Management Techniques and Processes.

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language (preferable)

Ability to work as a team and mentor the members of the team on on-going basis

Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
