Job Description Bharat Banking: Mandi Mitra - Distribution Grade:DM/M Business:NADepartment: Bharat BankingSub-Department:Distribution Team Location:Pan India About Bharat Banking The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or Bharat markets. To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches. The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer. The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring. About the Role .You will be part of Distribution team under Bharat Banking Vertical. .Bharat Banking distribution department caters to all products in Bharat Bank Branches across Pan India.. Key Responsibilities .Responsible for increasing the overall market share in the Mandi ecosystem in Asset and liability business. .Responsible for sales planning and distribution plan for the Mandis. .Responsible for baselining of respective Mandis i.e., shop by shop mapping and their relationships with us and competition on Asset and liability side. .Organise activation drives along with respective product sales teams in the Mandi to generate business .Plan and implement new initiatives/strategies to increase Mandi business share in overall retail lending and liability business. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: .Graduate/ Postgraduate .Over 2 + Years of Asset/liability experience preferably in banking /financial industry .Proven team building and analytical skill set along with strong communication skills.In depth knowledge of asset and liability business Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: .Knowledge In Depth Knowledge of banking, asset, and liability products. .Skills Sales planning and development People Skills/Team management In Depth knowledge of asset and liability business Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills. .Abilities Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
